Will I be asked to cut way back on calories?

Unless you’re used to eating like there’s no tomorrow… NO! You should not feel extremely hungry or deprived on this plan. As a matter of fact, this system teaches you how to make eating healthy taste and feel amazing!

What’s the time commitment?

This is designed for the busy guy/gal with family and work commitments. Your weekly time investment is only:  
 
2 to 5 hours of working out per week (you decide!),    
45 minutes of coaching per week   
1 to 2 hours of food shopping / prep each week - OR hire a meal prep company

I’m on the fence and don’t know if this is a good fit for me. What should I do?

This program is best suited to people who are mentally ready to prioritize their health. This could be a life-changing experience for you as it has been for many! Try out the first week totally free/with no strings attached. If you decide it’s not right for you after trying it out, cancel before the 8th day and there will be no charges.

I don’t have any or I have limited access to a gym or equipment. Can I still join?

Absolutely! We will be customizing your workout plan based on what you have access to, your preferences and your goals. All workouts have a gym or at-home option. If your gym doesn't have all the fancy equipment, there's even an option for that too!

I haven’t worked out in awhile or I am new to this… is this for me?

Most definitely! You’re in good hands! The workouts have beginner, intermediate or advanced options. We’ll customize your workouts to your fitness level.

I’m an advanced workout fanatic/athlete. Is this for me?

What equipment do I need if i'll be doing at home workouts?

A few sets of Dumbbells

Recommendation:

Females / Beginners: 5 lbs, 10 lbs, 15 lbs
Males / Advanced: 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 20 lbs, 30+ lbs

What if I want to do a mix of gym and at-home workouts?

Choose which one you think you'll start with (gym or at home).
Once you're signed up you'll be able to request to switch back and forth between.
