Will I be asked to cut way back on calories?

Unless you’re used to eating like there’s no tomorrow… NO! You should not feel extremely hungry or deprived on this plan. As a matter of fact, this system teaches you how to make eating healthy taste and feel amazing!

What’s the time commitment?

This is designed for the busy guy/gal with family and work commitments. Your weekly time investment is only:  
 
1 to 4 hours of working out per week (you decide!),    
45 minutes of coaching per week   
1 to 2 hours of food prep each week

I’m on the fence and don’t know if this is a good fit for me. What should I do?

This could be a life-changing experience for you as it has been for many! Try out the first week totally free/with no strings attached. If you decide it’s not right for you after trying it out, cancel before the 8th day and there will be no charges.

I don’t have any or I have limited access to a gym or equipment. Can I still join?

Absolutely! We will be customizing your workout plan based on what you have access to, your preferences and your goals. All workouts have a gym or at-home option

I haven’t worked out in awhile or I am new to this… is this for me?

Most definitely! You’re in good hands! The workouts have beginner, intermediate or advanced options. We’ll customize your workouts to your fitness level.

I’m an advanced workout fanatic/athlete. Is this for me?

How can I win challenge prizes?

Score at least 12 of the 24 possible leaderboard points A 
Submit your 12 week before & after pics OR a one paragraph written testimonial 

You’ll be entered into a drawing B to receive a prize. The prize will be announced during the challenge.

A - Up to 2 leaderboard points are possible per week: 
+1 point per weekly community news post (details in course videos)
+1 point per group workout/Q&A session attended.

Note: Recording available for those who cannot attend live.

B - Date of drawing will be announced during the challenge. Eligible participants get ONE entry into the random drawing. Lindsey will post a series of before/after pics or testimonials on her social media. Tag 3 family/friends in the post to get a SECOND ENTRY into the drawing.

Note: if you don’t have social media you can submit 3 family/friends emails instead for the extra entry.
